Orders normally ship within 1-2 business days.

If you would like to check the status of your order, please contact us and we will provide you with your order tracking number. Or, you can simply refer to your email or text message order confirmation, which includes your tracking number.

Our gift to you is free shipping via USPS First Class.

Expedited shipping is available. The cost of expedited shipping will be added to your order total. Simply select your preferred service during checkout. The expedited shipping cost will be calculated based on the shipping address you provide.

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. We ship only within the continental United States. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

We want you to love your Marlo Hydroponic Skincare® product! If for any reason you are unhappy with it, please contact us within 30 days of your initial purchase date. We will provide you with a return authorization number and email you a return mailing label. Kindly use the label to return your product, which must be at least half full. We will gladly credit your account for the product less a $10.00 shipping cost.
